StakeStudy is a High-Stakes Learning platform where university students compete in real-time AI-generated trivia tournaments. Users stake tokens on their own ability to answer correctly, transforming passive and boring study into an exciting competition.

2. TOKEN SYSTEM

Our platform operates under a Token Economy model:

• Tokens are the internal currency used for tournament participation
• Tokens can be purchased through the platform
• Winners receive 90% of the tournament pot
• The platform retains a 10% service fee
• Tokens can be redeemed for rewards (gift cards, discounts, benefits)

3. TOURNAMENT RULES

Fair play is guaranteed through our AI system:

• Each player pays an entry fee in Tokens to join
• Questions are generated instantly from uploaded study materials
• Questions remain hidden until the tournament starts
• The player with the most correct answers wins the pot
• In case of a tie, the fastest response time wins

4. FAIR PLAY POLICY

StakeStudy is a SKILL-BASED GAME, not gambling:

• Winning depends 100% on your knowledge, not luck
• Our AI acts as an impartial referee
• No one has access to answers before the tournament
• Using external tools or bots is prohibited
• Account sharing is not allowed
• Attempting to manipulate results leads to permanent ban

5. CONTENT UPLOAD

When uploading study materials:

• Only upload content you own or have rights to use
• Do not upload copyrighted materials without authorization
• Content is processed by AI for quiz generation only
• Uploaded materials are not shared with third parties
• Inappropriate or illegal content is prohibited

6. RESPECT & CONDUCT

To maintain a healthy community:

• Treat all players with respect
• Harassment or bullying is not tolerated
• Do not share offensive or discriminatory content
• Report any suspicious activity
• Help maintain a positive learning environment

7. PENALTIES

Violations of these rules may result in:

• Forfeiture of tokens earned through violations
• Temporary suspension (1-30 days)
• Permanent account ban
• Exclusion from all future tournaments
• Legal action in serious cases
